The system spans a dedicated 7.2-channel Atmos-ready theatre with fibre optic star ceiling, five additional AV zones, more than 30 custom-engraved Control4 keypads controlling over 80 switched loads and 32 dimmable circuits, plus automated blinds throughout the home.
Entertainment extends through the living room, alfresco, gym, cabana and pool areas. Security combines a NESS M1 Gold alarm with extensive Dahua surveillance, while Pakedge, HPE and Ubiquiti infrastructure provide the network backbone. Daikin HVAC integration, fixed Control4 touchscreens and a 32RU equipment rack complete the installation.
