This project involved a complex and unique theatre build for a client during their home renovation.

What differentiates this theatre from others Blutek have designed is the hidden doors behind the screen.

 
On either side of the projector screen is a motorised door; one into a hidden control room, and the other as entry to the theatre.

Other key features of this home theatre include decorative walls constructed of steel posts coated in bridge paint, LED strips and joinery, as well as a custom laser cut art piece on the entry wall.

The theatre is also hidden behind a sandstone wall in the clients’ wine cellar, acting as a secret retreat.
