Blutek worked from the design stage to create a future-ready infrastructure, including speaker cabling throughout the home for 10+ audio zones and HDMI matrix provisions for future displays. Multi-room entertainment is delivered through Triad speakers, Marantz amplification and Sony displays, including a motorised Ultralift TV solution.
Security combines a NESS alarm with Dahua IP surveillance, while Pakedge, Hewlett Packard and Ubiquiti networking provide the reliable backbone required for automation, AV and remote access.
Rather than treating automation as a collection of separate devices, Blutek designed the home as one connected ecosystem. The emphasis was on invisible infrastructure, clean architectural integration and capacity for future expansion — so new audio zones, displays and Control4 features can be added without reopening finished spaces.
