An elegantly integrated AV concept featuring a motorised 85-inch ceiling TV-lift solution and two independently amplified audio zones — designed to preserve the clean lines of a premium residence.

In a sophisticated apartment interior, entertainment technology needs to work with the architecture — not dominate it. BLUTEK’s revised project proposal concentrates on two complementary elements: a ceiling-concealed television lift with swivel functionality and discreet audio for the living and dining spaces.
The television solution specifies a Spartan 85-inch drop-ceiling hinge TV lift with swivel, with installation included. This approach is designed to keep the screen out of sight when it is not being used while offering flexibility in viewing direction when deployed. The proposal does not identify the supplied television model or independently verify the completed lift movement and sightlines.
For audio, the schedule identifies two Triad Series 3 in-ceiling speakers in the living area and two Triad 8-inch Series 3 in-ceiling speakers in the dining area, each paired with its own Sonos Amp. A 15-metre Blustream 4K/48Gbps HDMI cable is also specified for the living area.
The proposed Sonos Sub 4 is explicitly listed with a quantity of zero and is therefore not included in BLUTEK’s quoted supply scope. The final as-built equipment and operation will be checked against installation records before publication.

Rather than making technology a visible focal point, the project centres on a considered, discreet approach to entertainment. The specified ceiling lift creates the opportunity to conceal a large television within the architecture, while in-ceiling Triad speakers support music in both living and dining zones.
Two independent Sonos amplifiers are included in the proposed system so the spaces can be configured as separate listening zones. The actual installed product configuration and finished operational results still need to be confirmed from the completed project record.
THE DESIGN OBJECTIVE
In highly considered interiors, every visible fixture needs a purpose. This project focuses on maintaining a refined, uncluttered architectural setting while still allowing for an immersive television experience and music in the principal living spaces.
BLUTEK’s specification combines a mechanically concealed television solution with integrated ceiling speakers. It is a focused AV project, not a whole-home automation or security installation.
CONCEALED TELEVISION
The proposed feature is a Spartan 85-inch drop-ceiling hinge lift with swivel. Its concealed design helps preserve room proportions and the view across the interior when the display is not required.
The swivel function is intended to create greater flexibility for seating positions, while the hinge-based ceiling mechanism allows the television to be stowed overhead. The proposal specifies the lift and installation, but not the TV itself, so no display brand or supplied TV model is attributed to BLUTEK.
Spartan drop-ceiling hinge mechanism with swivel.
A considered approach to preserving the ceiling and interior aesthetic.
Swivel provision for a more adaptable viewing orientation.
Lift installation included in BLUTEK’s quoted scope.
LIVING AREA AUDIO
The living-area audio zone is specified with two Triad Distributed Audio Series 3 in-ceiling speakers and one Sonos Amp. Its planned installation minimises the need for visible speaker enclosures while supporting room-based music playback.
The proposal also lists Blustream 4K 48Gbps HDMI cabling, 15 metres, plus speaker cable and installation. These are the documented components rather than a claim that other audio or video distribution products were supplied.
DINING AREA AUDIO
The dining space is separately specified with two Triad 8-inch Series 3 in-ceiling speakers and a second Sonos Amp. Keeping the living and dining spaces independently amplified provides the proposed foundation for zone-based audio control.
Each of the two rooms has its own installation allowance in the revised quotation. No additional speaker zones or bass system have been included in the confirmed proposal scope.
SYSTEM COMPONENTS
The revised proposal focuses on a limited group of specialist products and a dedicated mechanical installation rather than a large central automation platform. The following are proposed product references for BLUTEK’s future catalogue, not a verified as-built inventory.
85-inch drop-ceiling hinge TV lift with swivel — one specified.
Distributed Audio Series 3 ceiling speakers: living pair and dining 8-inch pair.
Two Sonos Amps, one for each proposed audio zone.
4K/48Gbps HDMI cable, 15 metres, for the living-area connection.
BLUTEK’S APPROACH
BLUTEK approaches premium AV integration by considering the layout and finishes as carefully as the equipment itself. A ceiling-concealed television mechanism and subtle ceiling audio can create a cohesive entertainment environment without competing with the interior architecture.
