The scope of this project involved multi-room audiovisual zones throughout the house, home network setup, a full custom theatre build and the integration of third party lighting and blinds.
Blutek was successfully able to integrate pre-existing hardware into the Control4 system to be controlled by touchscreens around the house and mobile apps.
Blutek was also faced with the challenge of creating a custom theatre room in a limited space. To the delight of our client, a dynamic and modular theatre was designed and executed accordingly.
The challenge was to combine new automation with pre-existing third-party lighting and blind systems while also creating a custom theatre within a restricted footprint. Blutek integrated those systems into Control4, added multi-room AV and networking, and designed a modular theatre solution that makes efficient use of the available space without compromising the waterfront home’s clean finish.
